Resolution Tips

The Resolution Tips screen is used to add or edit instructions associated with Edits. Associating a Resolution Tip with an Edit can help the user resolve discrepancies. This screen is accessed from the Edit Category Mapping screen.

The selected Edit ID and Description appear at the top of the Resolution Tips screen. These fields are not editable. Enter custom instructions into the text area and click Save to save and return to the Edit Category Mapping screen. Use the Add URL Links button when adding links to the text area.

Resolution Tips in the Claim Form

When a user runs Validation on a claim form, the form fields that do not pass Edits will appear as errors or warnings. If the resolution tip has been recently updated, the revised date will appear on the View Details button.
