Add/Edit Parent Category
The Add Parent Category or Edit Parent Category screens are used to add or modify a Parent Category that will be used to organize Edits used for claim form validation. The add/edit screens are accessed from the Edit Categories screen.
Add or modify the Parent Category information as needed. Required fields are marked with and asterisk. Click OK to return to the Edit Categories screen.
Name: Enter a unique name for the Parent Category.
Description: Enter a short description of the Parent Category.
Responsible Group: Select the group that will receive the highest ranking Categories through provisioning.
Rank: Enter a number that will 'rank' the Category for the workflow order.
The Rank of the Parent Category determines the workflow order. Edits in the highest-ranking Category will be provisioned to the Responsible Group. Note that Edit Category Provisioning must be turned on for your site.
