Add/Edit Threshold
The Add/Edit Threshold screen allows users to configure the thresholds to help identify and track claims that have not been exported. This screen is accessed by clicking the Edit button on the Define Thresholds screen (Admin > XClaim > Timely Filing > Define Thresholds).
Modifying Thresholds
- Enter (or update) the
information in the following fields:
- Threshold Days: Enter the number of calendar days from the Payer's Timely Filing deadline that the claim should be identified with the Threshold Color.
- Threshold Color: Select a color that will appear in the claim's Days to TFD column in the claims grid.
- Active: Select or clear the check box to enable or disable the threshold. Note that there can only be six total thresholds defined, regardless of their Active status. Note that disabling a threshold that is tied to a defined Payer Rule will also disable the Rule. This Rule will not be deleted, but will be removed from the Timely Filing Payer Rules Summary grid.
- Click Save to save changes and return to the Define Thresholds screen.
