Search TipsEdit Overrides
Edit Overrides are used to override specific claim form Edits, and to show ignored Edits as warnings. Overrides are used for the Claims and Medicare Direct modules. Note that this screen only lists Edits that are available for override.
Use the search criteria to find a specific Edit by Claim Type, Edit ID, or Description. Right-click on the Edit and select one of the following overrides:
- Default: Do not apply any override to that Edit.
- Suppress: Override the Edit and do not warn.
- Set as Warning: Implement the Edit as a warning.
- Set as Error: Implement the Edit as an error.
