Password Reset

The Password Reset menu option allows system administrators to change a user’s password, typically used when the user has forgotten their password.

1. Select the user's name in the Username list.

2. Enter the new password into the PasswordandConfirmation fields.

   Note: Note: You can review the full Password Policy here.

3. Select the User Must Change Password option to prompt the user to create a unique password at their next login.

4. Click Submit to save changes.
