Password Count Reset

The Password Count Reset menu option allows system administrators to reset a user’s password count to zero. A user’s password count is the number of times (in a row) that the user has incorrectly entered his or her password. This is a security feature that prevents unauthorized users from guessing passwords.

Select the user's name in the Username list.
Click Reset to reset the password count.
